Immensely proud that Wrexham was a part of such an important and informative project.
The amount of Wrexham residents that have stopped by to look at the sculpture, whether it may be on their work commute or a stroll in the city centre, has been incredible and has brought much-needed awareness to so many people about the devastating effects of knife crime.
Whilst it was sad to see the Knife Angel sculpture leave Wrexham last week,
its legacy of educating people about and preventing knife crime will live on.
I can assure you that I will continue to work closely with North Wales police so that Wrexham residents feel safe where they live and work. To see what I have done so far, follow this link: https://www.sarahatherton.org.uk/.../cracking-down-crime...
