On Saturday 18th June, Wrexham will be hosting Wales’ Armed Forces Day, and yet again Wrexham is on the map. This allows us to celebrate the Armed Forces and to acknowledge the contribution of veterans, as well as those currently serving in the Armed Forces.
Events start at 9:30 am and include a march complete with a marching band (!!) which starts at Bodhyfryd, and live music from The Royal Welsh Band.
There is already a buzz in Wrexham for the ruby match between Wrexham RFC and 1 Yorks RFC happening this Saturday 11th June - make sure you don’t miss out!
As a proud veteran myself, I am so pleased that Wrexham is hosting the celebrations and hope to see many Wrexham residents there!
