It was great to speak with the Managing Director of Maelor Hospital, Ian Donnelly, earlier today about the opening of the Rapid Diagnosis Centre.
The new Rapid Diagnosis Centre at Wrexham Maelor Hospital will be one of three in north Wales and could help detect early signs of cancer before they develop further.
This is excellent news for Wrexham and I am delighted that people will be given clarity and reassurance in a particularly stressful and overwhelming period.
