Driving JCB

On 27 August I visited JCB on the industrial estate.  They employ over 400 people and run both a graduate and an apprentice  scheme.  Senior management are fully ready for Brexit and say that currently trading conditions are strong.  This is a firm that knows how to run a world wide business. Well done JCB. They have strong leadership and clear direction - let us celebrate a British success story.  Thank you to the JCB team for allowing me to visit.
