From Wrexham to Westminster, the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Speaker of the House of Commons and local MP have come together to provide recipes for Wrexham Rotary Club’s Rainbow box initiative. .
Wrexham Rotary Club will be boxing up food parcels along with the recipes below to distribute to those in need in and across Wrexham.
The Chancellor, Rishi Sunak and local MP, Sarah Atherton, have both shared their pasta bake recipes. The Speaker of the House of Commons, Lindsay Hoyle, has shared his favourite dessert, baked rice pud! All of which will be given out with boxes containing the required ingredients.
Commenting on the initiative, Sarah said:
"This is a fantastic initiative and I'd like to thank, not only the Chancellor and Speaker for sharing their recipes, but Wrexham Rotary Club for organising it and for providing support for so many across Wrexham during this difficult time."
