Wrexham houses the largest prison in the UK. The Welsh Labour Government (following Jeremy Corbyn"s wishes) are consulting the public to whether to give those in prison the privilege of a vote. The Conservative party feel that prisoners - whilst behind bars - should not have this right. Please come along and share your views.

Thank you to all those who came down to support this event. Some came for the full stint and even more came for a hour or two. I think you'll agree it was fun, informative and it was enjoyable having drinks in the sun, at the end.
There was strong support for Prisoners not being afforded the right to vote and this came from people from all political persuasions. Support for Boris Johnson was strong as was the desire for Brexit to be delivered on 31st Oct. Interestingly, quite a few historical Labour supporters now feel they cannot support a Corbyn Government and are looking for a new political home, preferably one supporting Brexit. The local issue was, not surprisingly, the Town Centre.
The event was well supported by Cardiff with Lee Canning (Welsh Conservatives - Deputy Chair) kindly bringing all the paraphernalia for the stall.
Thank you all once again.
